Garsington CE Primary School is proud to be part of a growing partnership of schools leading the way in school-led teacher
training, through our collaboration with OTT SCITT (The School of Teaching and Learning). We are excited to offer training placements across a variety of courses and take great pride in the role our staff play as mentors, co-deliverers, and supporters of the Associate Teachers training with OTT SCITT.

OTT SCITT provides a range of flexible training options, including full-time and part-time SCITT programmes, a salaried apprenticeship route, and an assessment-only pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). With multiple Training Hubs across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Berkshire, OTT SCITT ensures a local base for your training, supported by a network of schools, peers, and experienced colleagues in your area.
